Associate Program
The Associate Program is Ahead of Hair's training system. It is based on the principle of "passing it on" and is designed to help new service providers be better prepared as they begin their careers. We want our students to become as successful as possibe in the beauty industry!
With this method all of our students are mentored and trained in a one on one setting with levels 4A and 4AA. Our associates shadow their mentors to ensure that they are fully educated and comfortable in haircolor, styling, and all of our product lines. They attend in-salon classes, hair shows, and receive valuable coaching to prepare them for the business side of the industry. This program is at the top in salon education and has been a great success in our salon!
